The straitjacket has been a fun theme for many a goth/punk designer to play with, but My Own Brain, a designer whose palette includes hippies, breakdancers, and exotic dancers as well as vampires, urbanizes the restrained-fist sleeve by liberating it from a zippered jacket and attaching it to a modern top.
