option 1: ad bidding via project wonderful.

Half-banner space is available for just dollars a day via Project Wonderful. Animation is allowed! Click the link for more info.

option 2: weekly banner ads in the sidebar.

Banners in our sidebar run $20 a week, from Sunday to Sunday, beginning and ending at 12am. Ads are shuffled with each page refresh so that everyone gets a turn at the top. Creatives must be 150 pixels wide and 200 pixels high, and the deadline for the next week’s lineup is Thursday night.

option 3: in-blog advertisements.

Drop your ad directly into the blog as a paid advertisement for $30. You get one creative that maxes out at 400 pixels wide and 300 pixels high, along with 100 words of ad copy. YouTube videos are welcome! This ensures you’ll be seen by the feed readers as well as archived on the blog, picking up residual traffic. It’s also possible to reserve ahead for a specific date, if you wish.

ad criteria.

• You *must* have the name and URL of the shop in your message to receive a response.
• We aim to run ads that our readers *want* to see. We reserve the right to reject ads we find unsuitable for our audience.
• We cannot accept ads that feature drug paraphernalia, alcohol, fur (including fake fur), photographs of sex toys, or nudity.
• All images must look professional – we will not subject our readers to wayward Photoshopping.
• Sidebar banner graphics should be in .jpg, .gif, or .png format and can’t exceed 50k. In-blog ads can’t exceed 150k.
• Both sidebar banners and in-blog images must be static – no animation.
