Literally thousands of t-shirts that tilt towards the vintage-inspired, although it’s possible to get the Batman logo made over in Afflictionlike tangles, if that’s your thing. Sections include 80’s and 90’s pop culture, band shirts which make sure not to stint on the metal, fantasy and skull images (which is also where they put all the tattoo designs), superheroes, and video games which cover everything from vintage Atari to chat acronyms. Lots of stuff for kids, too, and some of the graphics pop up on hoodies as well.

Baggy-tee revamps split between 80’s emo brightness and grindhouse cinema. This is the kind of place you can find both bright little apple hoodies and Blood Feast lounge pants, where pink polkadotted ruffle skirts exist peacefully beside Suspiria halter tops, and striped can-can drawstring purses share the page with Misfits hobo bags. Custom welcome.

Eco-fashion for men and women. The clothes tend towards wraps and ripples of solid color with the occasional print, stocking everything from slinky cocktail dresses to hoodies and what looks to be delightfully comfy loungewear, as well as rubber handbags and synth-leather shoes. Kids and pets get their own sections of apparel, bedding, and toys, there’s whole divisions of furniture and housewares, and the bath and body stuff includes bright purple body glitter.

A UK boutique specializing in Japanese playthings and wearables, who have brought a smattering of their bricks-and-mortar stock online. The catalog is a little bit of this and that: tin robots, skull cardigans, graffiti tees from Terratag, kissclasp purses appliqued with cuteness, Russian doll socks, Mr. Messy coffee mugs, tartan tights, greeting cards styled after retro advertisements, Kreepsville 666 coffin mirrors, bear-eared snoods that unfurl into pocketed scarves, and of course Paul Frank and Hello Kitty.

A Chicago brick-and-mortar that grew out of the Renegade Craft Fair and currently features over 300 artists. Clothes and accessories, jewelry, artwork, stationery, housewares, bath and body goods, stuffed animals, indie style in full swing through cute animals, vintage yearnings, cupcakes, and filthy-minded crossstitchery. Thanks, Miko!

A Des Moines art gallery specializing in the dark and morbid. Shameless pulp, unsettling black and white photography, surrealistic cartooning, the styles are diverse with a welcoming vibe towards outsider artists. Besides signed prints, they also showcase other horrific wares: monster masks, horror movie tees and toys, scream-filled pop art pendants, body jewelry that leans towards the demonic, evil dolls, and if you’re in the area, the in-person items include such delights as a “vintage case full of dead stuff.”

A tiny line of rockabilly tees and posters adorned with pinup chicks, sporting tattoos and up-to-no-good expressions. There’s also a little bit of rehabbed OOAK-wear and the jewelry page eschews any sparkle in favor of brass knuckles and assault weapons.
